2. Description of Service
Dynasty Central provides tools for managing college football dynasty mode data, including screenshot-based data extraction, roster management, recruiting tracking, and schedule organization. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dynasty Central and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your dynasty data remains yours.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dynasty Central shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided for entertainment and organizational purposes only.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
